Good afternoon CLB 7/8,

This afternoon, you're going to be doing some listening to support your comprehension and strategy use for academic lectures.  Janice will provide you with the handout containing the vocabulary and questions.  Please complete the handout and hand it in at the end of class.

Your vocabulary tests from Monday show that most of you need to review the parts of speech. Please visit this website and review the parts of speech and complete some of the review exercises.  You can also spend some time completing your charts for AWL list 1f words. We will have a test on Monday of these ten words.
